Email Tryp24Store@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, asking us to delete your account. We will confirm within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account, name and email address
  • Your artist profile, including any identity document you uploaded
  • Your profile and banner images
  • Reports you filed and creators you blocked

What we cannot delete

Collections, listings and auctions recorded on the blockchain are public and permanent. They are controlled by your wallet, not by us, and nobody can remove them. If you sign up again with the same wallet, that history will appear on your new profile.

We also keep financial records we are legally required to retain. These are unlinked from your identity.

Your wallet

Deleting your TRYP24 account does not affect your wallet or anything in it. It stays yours.
