Who we are
TRYP24 (“we”, “us”) operates the TRYP24 website and mobile app, a creator launchpad and NFT marketplace. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how you can have it deleted.

What we collect

We do notcollect your contacts, calendar, precise location, microphone or camera audio, and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Photo access
When you upload a profile picture, banner or identity document, the app asks for access to your photo library. We only receive the specific files you choose. We never browse your library, and access is not used for anything else.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Dynamic — our authentication and wallet provider, which processes your sign-in and wallet credentials.
- Cloud storage and hosting providers — who store uploaded images and documents on our behalf.
- Authorities — where we are legally required to.
Blockchain activity is public and permanent
This is the most important thing to understand about a marketplace like ours. Collections you launch, items you list, auctions you create and transactions you make are recorded on a public blockchain. That record is controlled by your wallet, not by us.
We cannot edit or delete it, and neither can anyone else. Deleting your TRYP24 account removes your account with us, but it does not and cannot remove on-chain history. If you sign up again with the same wallet, that public history will appear on your new profile, because it is read from the blockchain rather than from your account.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account in the app, or by using our account deletion request page.
We delete:
- Your account, name and email address
- Your artist profile, including any identity document you uploaded
- Your profile and banner images
- Reports you filed and creators you blocked
We keep:
- Anything already recorded on the blockchain — see the section above.
- Financial and transaction records we are legally required to retain. These are unlinked from your identity.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Your wallet is not affected and remains yours.
How long we keep things
Account data is kept while your account is open, and removed when you delete it. Identity documents are removed once verification is decided or your account is deleted, whichever is sooner. Records we must retain by law are kept for the period the law requires and then deleted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Email Tryp24Store@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
TRYP24 is not intended for children. You must be 18 or older to create an account. If we learn we have collected information from a child, we delete it.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Authentication tokens are held in the device’s secure keystore and are excluded from cloud backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top, and tell you in the app when the change is significant.
